These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MAXD mobile application (the "App") provided by MAXD ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
MAXD uses artificial intelligence to analyze body photos you provide and generate physique scores, focus areas, and personalized fitness guidance. The App is provided for general fitness and informational purposes.
MAXD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The analysis, scores, and plans generated by the App are for general fitness and informational purposes only and are produced by an automated AI system. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Use of the App is at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans) that unlock full access to analysis features. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any free trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
You agree not to misuse the App, including uploading content you do not have the right to use, attempting to reverse engineer the App, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You should only upload photos of yourself.
The App and its content (excluding content you provide) are owned by MAXD and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that analysis results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAXD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
