This Privacy Policy explains how MAXD ("MAXD," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MAXD mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Your photos are used solely to generate your analysis. They are stored securely and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Photos and associated data are permanently deleted when you delete your account.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App, including authentication (Clerk), cloud storage and database (Supabase), and AI analysis (OpenAI). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Account → Delete Account & All Data). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by using the in-app controls or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
